Fast shipping and the packaging was solid, so none of the cards got messed up, plus they even threw in an extra greeting card! I got a calendar with a tiny mark on it, but it was so minor, hardly visible. I'm really pleased with it!

Awesome shopping platform, super user-friendly and a wide range of products available. Unfortunately, because of the postal service, the items I ordered on December 6th, 2022, which were sent out on December 7th, 2022, still haven't shown up as of January 5th, 2023...

I made a purchase on the 15th, hoping it would show up by Christmas. But when I went to pick it up on the 21st, it still wasn’t there. I tried reaching out to DHL myself, and after a bit of a wait, I found out there was a delay and was advised to get in touch with the seller. I talked to Rebecca in customer service and let her know that since I’d be traveling for the holidays, it wouldn’t make sense for the gift to arrive at my original address. She was helpful and arranged for the item to be sent to my new place, providing me with a fresh tracking number. Later that evening, I checked the tracking info with DHL, but the parcel didn’t show up at all. Now it’s Thursday, December 23rd, and I’m left without a gift for my son. I can’t reach the company, can’t track the package with DHL, and it’s been a real hassle. I usually turn to Amazon first because their service is top-notch, especially around the holidays when you can easily track your orders. I only tried this company because Amazon was out of stock, but I won’t be coming back.
